How do I stop receiving emails when people add themselves to my grad year?
First, log into the site and you'll be taken to your profile page. From there, locate your list of schools (in the lower right of the screen). Beside each school is an "edit/remove" link. This will allow you to turn email notifications on or off for that school.
How do I see who has viewed my profile?
We only record the number of people who have viewed your profile. We thought it might be a bit too creepy to record who was viewing who.
How do I get a copy of my yearbook?
We suggest you contact your school directly. We only list schools.
Can you send me my diploma?
We suggest you contact your school directly. We only list schools.
How do I contact my school?
If contact information is not listed for your school we suggest you use the phone book or online whitepages.
I share my email address with someone else. How can we both join using the same email address?
We only support one email address per account. You would have to get another email address. There are many free email sites, here are a few:
How do I check if someone emailed me a message?
We actually don't store emails. We send them directly to the email address you joined the site with. Please make sure you gave a valid email address when you joined the site.
I sent someone an email through the site. How do I know if they received it?
Hopefully this person did receive the email and gets back to you. It is possible that the person you emailed did not leave a valid email address when they joined or they may no longer use that email account. If this is the case, your message may never reach them (sorry we tried). If the email address is invalid, you may get a message bounced back to you.
How do I get a refund?
We don't charge a fee and never will. Maybe you are thinking of some other alumni site.

How do I add myself to my school(s)?
If you're already a member, just login and click on "Join Another School" on your profile page. If you are not yet a member, you can join here. If you wish to join a second school, just repeat this process.
How do I add a photo to my profile?
First login to the site. Once you are logged in click the "Add Photo" link underneath question mark box. Select the location of the image file off your computer using the browse button. Make sure the image is in the .jpg format. Then click the "Add My Picture" button.
How do I login?
To log into your account, click here. You will see a member login form asking for your email and password. Once you fill this out you should be taken to your profile page. Some very old browsers do not support cookies; without cookies, you will be unable to login and use many of sites's features.
I still can't login.
We use cookies to maintain your session while using the site.
Your browser must be set to accept cookies in order for many parts of the site to work. Cookies are simply little files that enable websites to work properly. For instance, when navigating from page to page, the cookie tells the website that you are the one navigating, so you don't have to login to view each and every page! The cookie is safe and cannot send the website any other personal information.
Attention AOL Users: If you use AOL you might have problems logging in. One work around is to minimize AOL after you have connected and then launch internet explorer (the blue e on your desktop) or your web browser of choice. The source of the problem are the proxy servers that AOL use. Each time you request a page from our server AOL may use a different proxy server. Our website thinks you are another user when you access the site via a different proxy server and your session gets restarted. (ie. you are logged out).
How do I turn my cookies on?
Chances are that they already are on. If you
want to check, just follow our directions:

- Select the "Tools" pull down menu (or

- Select "Internet Options"
- Click the "Privacy" tab

Navigator 3.x does not have a way to disable
cookies, so you should be able to log in regardless
of your settings. However, you may be shown
a cookie alert each time you log in. To get

If you are accepting cookies and are still having troubles logging in, it may be due to the servers that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) uses. Cache servers and proxy servers can sometimes block cookies.
Another possible problem is that you are using an old version of Internet Explorer. Some older versions of IE have a bug in them that will cause our login code to fail. Please update to the latest version of IE here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp or if you don't like IE try out Mozilla, which can be found here: http://www.mozilla.org/

There are no grads listed in my school yet. What do I do?
First, add yourself. Second, tell everyone you know about the site and more will sign up.
How do I verify my email address?
When you joined the site (and if you used a valid email address) we would have sent you a welcome email. In this email
are instructions on how to verify your email address. This step helps to keep the quality of the profiles on the site good
and helps prevent spam email from being sent to you. If you missed this first email you can have it requested again using
this link here. Please make sure you have a valid email address in your profile or
this email will go nowhere.
How do I list myself as a staff member?
Log into the site. Once logged in, you'll be on your profile page. Find the school you want to edit and click the "edit/remove" link beside it. Check the box that says "staff."
How do I find a person that I went to school with?
We suggest you try the search page. If that doesn't work try an online of offline whitepages.
How do I find my school?
We suggest you try the search page. Or you can browse the schools by country.
How do I list people from my grad class?
Assuming you have joined the site and linked your profile to a school, do the following to list grads from your grad class:
- Log into Graduates.com.
- On your profile page, find the school whose grads you want to view and click the grad year link.
- To view a fellow grad's profile, click on his/her name.
How do I change my grad year?
Log into the site. Once logged in, you'll be on your profile page. Find the school you want to edit and click the "edit" link beside it. From there, you can select your grad year.
How do I edit my entry?
To edit your entry, you must be logged in. Once you are logged in you will be taken to your profile page. From there, click "Edit Profile" beside your name. Change any details you want changed and click the "Update Your Profile" button at the bottom of the page.
How do I remove a photo from my profile?
First login. Once you are logged in click the "delete" link below the photo you wish to delete.
How do I change my password?
To change your password you must be logged in. Once you are logged in you will be taken to your profile page. From there, click "Edit Password" beside your name. Enter a new password and click the "Save Password" button.

How do I remove myself from a certain school?
Log into the site and you'll be taken to your profile page. Near the bottom of this page there is a list of schools you have linked your profile to. Beside each school name is an "edit" link. This will take you to your "Update School Information" page, where you'll find a link to remove that school from your profile.
How do I add or remove a friend from my friends list?
- You must first login.
- Find the person that you want to add as a friend by browsing or searching.
- Click "Add As Friend" (located near the top right of the person's profile). That person's name is now added to your "My Profile" page under the heading "Friends." It bookmarks his or her profile so you have a shortcut to the page. You can remove the bookmark at any time ? just view the member's profile and click "Remove Friend."
"Add As Friend":
will not notify that person that you have added him/her as a friend
will not add YOUR name to the person's list of friends
Please Note:
Your friends list is shown on your profile to other members by default. You can make your friends list private by unchecking the box "Allow others to view my friends list" when you edit your profile.
How do I make my friends list private?
First login to the site. Once you are logged in click "Edit Profile" to edit your profile. Then uncheck the box that says "Allow others to view my friends list."
